Unions are Changing the Business Landscape

CT Prostart Student Invitational
Scheduled for Monday, October 15th.

On Monday morning, October 15th, talented high school students from ProStart schools around the state will compete in the fast-paced culinary competition, as well as the Knowledge Bowl. Noted Connecticut chefs have volunteered to judge this important competition. The Connecticut team that wins the state title earns the right to represent our state at the National ProStart Invitationals in San Diego, scheduled for April 2008.

Shown to the right are the Defending CT Champs, the New Britain High School Hurricanes. The team was photographed in Charlotte, NC at the April NPSI competition. With the team are Chef Mentor Jerry Reveron of Bethlehem's Woodward House, and Nann Thompson, New Britain High School ProStart teacher.
